Yes, it is possible, but it will be costly.

There 3 different ways we can alter the final temperature of the dough:

1- Water temperature: Adding a refrigeration circuit to the water hose.

2- Temperature of the room: Both temperature and humidity of the room have to be controlled.

3- Temperature of the mix: By simply placing the sacks we want to use for the mix in the refrigerator for 24 hours, we can control the final temperature of the mix.

This last option is the easiest and most cost-efficient.
