How to use Optipizza?

We recommend using Optipizza with a 60% hydration. Knowing the hydration level, there are 2 different ways to use Optipizza.

With a regular kneader, the first step is to add the quantity of Optipizza desired to a bowl. Secondly, measure the water quantity to reach the intended hydration of the dough.

Lastly, combine both elements. Using the Smart Dough System, simply pour the content of Optipizza sack into the bowl and activate the program.
