• This machine has been built with a patented vertical spiral, crushing working with lateral mass in combination with the rotation of the cylinder, creating the spherical shape of the inserted mass.

• The dough does not increase in temperature and preventing accelerated fermentation (essential for long fermentation processes ) .

• Patented lid so that the beads do not stick.

• Teflon lined components, so that the pellets do not adhere .
